# 4. Team Allocation (5%)

## **4.1 Usage**

1. **Development and Operations**:
   * Funds are allocated for infrastructure, ecosystem development, and operational expenses.
2. **Long-Term Incentives**:
   * Reserved for team members and advisors, ensuring commitment to long-term project success.

## **4.2 Lockup and Vesting**

* **4-Year Linear Vesting**:
  * 25% unlocked after the first year.
  * Remaining 75% is unlocked equally over the next three years.
* Vesting ensures alignment between the team and the project’s long-term goals.
